Details

interpolate API uses strings for UI localization. We should update the interpolation API to handle l10nID/l10nArgs couples and stop using mozL10n.get for this. See: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Developing_Gaia/localization_code_best_practices
Rick, you're the author of that code. Are you ok with moving the API to be compatible with this approach https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Developing_Gaia/localization_code_best_practices#Writing_APIs_that_operate_on_L10nIDs ?
