1. Open a new window
2. Try to drag and drop a file on the window (.txt file, or .html), nothing happens
3. Open new tabs in this window, you'll be able to drag and drop the file on these tabs but not on the first one.

Francesco: can you still reproduce this problem if you navigate to a web page in the new window's first tab? Or if you open a second tab and load about:blank?

I suspect this is a problem related to the new window's first tab being about:blank, which may be loaded in the privileged chrome process, whereas the other tabs are loaded in the content process.

This problem is likely related to or a duplicate of bug 936092.

Right now Drag and Drop is not working anymore, on any tab, unless the tab is on about:newtab

When I was able to reproduce it, even loading a new website in the first page didn't change things (I even tried to set about:blank as new page).
