Description: The keyboard does not appear properly when the user selects the rocket bar after the number keypad is brought up. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141112040208. 2) Open Contacts app, and select "+"(Add contact). 3) Tap the "Phone" field to bring up the number keypad. 4) Tap the rocket bar. Actual: Keyboard does not show up at all with the rocket bar. Expected: The keyboard appears so the user can type on the rocket bar. This issue does not reproduce on Flame 2.1. This bug has been fixed on 2.1 after the patch on Bug 1083617. [Blocking Requested - why for this release]: Nominating this to block on 2.2. The user is unable to view the keyboard when in rocketbar. This should never be the case. Also, not requesting a window because this bug is not a regression. 2.1 was is unaffected because it was fixed by a patch.

This issue is reproducible on the reported nightly user build, but no longer reproducible on latest nightly user build. Keyboard appears when tapping on Rocketbar at step 4. However I found that after step 4, if I tap on Phone field again, the keyboard will become completely black. See attached screenshot.
