At the above page click Continue on the US English version (thats what I used) the bug occurs on the next page, a license agreement. Click on "Agree" at the bottom and you will return to the license agreement. At least thats what happens to me.
I believe you're using a old version of Mozilla. This has been fixed on 2001/11/01. Feel free to reopen if this is not the case. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 103850 ***
