Usually, the responsive design mode features overlay scrollbars that take up zero screen space.
With e10s however, the full-width native scrollbars are shown

With which OS is that? I just tested on Mac 10.10 with e10s, and I have overlay scrollbars.

I’m on linux, but apparently this has been fixed since the last time I had e10s enabled.
Works quite well so far this time.
