Firefox Developer Edition 35.0a2 on Windows 8.1

The string explaining separate profiles in FDE doesn't get line-wrapped for localizations longer than the en-US version, and this pushes the button to make the browser the default one off screen.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a localized FDE version where the string is longer than in en-US. Pick one from http://transvision.mozfr.org/string/?entity=browser/chrome/browser/preferences/main.dtd:useFirefoxSync.label&repo=aurora
2. Set browser.preferences.incontent to false
3. Open Preferences, select 'Main' pane.
Actual result: The localized text for "Tip: This uses separate profiles. Use Sync to share data between them." gets cropped and/or pushes the "Make default" button partially off screen.
