I am starting with a complex testcase, in code, but in fact it's clear from an user experience angle. The if it turns out this is not a dup and it's important, I can try to make it more simple. The case is:
A sample that makes a page zoom in (scaling doc's body) then a 3d rotation is applied to a text. There are two possible results to observe:
1) When the 3d rotation is not involved, the zoomed final effect produces a fine text — zoomed and looks great.
2) When the 3d rotation is involved, the zoomed final effect produces a poorly rendered text.
I first wonder opinions on the possible validity and importance of this bug — but I also accept to understand workarounds, even if a workaround involves settings, such as pref settings.

Not simplified testcase, samples:
1) No 3D — http://taboca.github.io/TagVisor/normal.html
2) with 3D - http://taboca.github.io/TagVisor/3d.html
