Compare layouts in IE and Moz.  Doesn't look right in Moz - some content
positioned incorrectly.  I assume this is an evang bug.

1. Open http://www.firstgov.gov/

Actual Results:  Tables layed out incorrectly.

This is the main gateway website for US government services, so it should be
considered a top site.

Couldn't find a bug for this site on a search.
