Seen on Mac OS9.2 (trunk build: 2001-11-14-08-trunk).
1. Launch the browser (change to classic theme please).
2. Select Edit > Preferences.
Notice that the border from the top to Bottom like "Appearance - Debug",
the border is missing. Modern works fine. Screenshot is coming...

This bug is not exactly the same as 109789. I checked on the Mac os 9.2
(2001-11-14-08-trunk), the category table in Preferences dialog is still missing.
I checked on Mac os 10.1 (2001-11-15-04-trunk), it is fine.

I checked on Mac os 9.2 (2001-11-16-04-trunk), it's fixed. The "Category" table
is in the Preferences dialog.
