STR: 1. Visit https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/extensions/BMO/web/images/mozchomp.gif Or, view this data URL with a container: data:text/html, ACTUAL RESULTS: The first 1 or 2 frames display correctly, and then the GIF freezes on a corrupted image. (Bottom half is black, no animation). If you view the image directly, it animates in the *favicon*, but not in the actual page body. This reproduces regardless of whether e10s is enabled. Nightly 36.0a1 (2014-11-19), 64-bit Ubuntu 14.10
m-c regression range: { Last good revision: 084441e904d1 (2014-11-18) First bad revision: b4fbeba78a7d (2014-11-19) Pushlog: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=084441e904d1&tochange=b4fbeba78a7d } which makes me suspect bug 1079653, which led me to dependent bug 1101759, which it looks like this is a dupe of.
