Unable to check this issue in 2.1 Flame because this feature does not exist.

I have only seen this once on Flame using:
Gaia aad40f6d6eb8f626c6a20db55b9f00d2e832f113
SourceStamp be4ba3d5ca9a
BuildID 20141124100136
Version 36.0a1
v 188
Is there a certain sequence you are following to make this repro more consistently?

There was not a specific sequence I followed for this issue. I was seeing this every time I was on the homescreen and collapsed the bottom row so that the screen scrolled up. I was able to reproduce it every time on today’s build. I am on V188-1 Base, full flashed, with 319mb memory.

I think if you expand all groups scroll down until you can see the collapse bottom at the very top of the screen and then collapse the bottom group then you may see the jerkiness.
The bottom group might need a lot of apps.

Although this is an older bug, duping to bug 1120884 as it has a more accurate bug title.
