I saw a broken GIF, not because I shoft-reloaded though. I just went to it, and it was a recently used GIF so it may have been in my cache.
Shift-reloading actually *solved* the problem for me.

Sounds like bug 1101759. Which should be fixed soon; it's on inbound.
