STR:
1. Type a search term in the search bar
2. Put the browser window out of focus
3. Bring the browser window back into focus by directly clicking the bookmarks button for example
Issue:

Please note that this bug is intermittent. With an approximately 15% reproducing rate.

This is more or less a duplicate of bug 1102045, but the screenshot here makes it more obvious that there's a real problem with our current focus behavior, so I'm not duping.
