User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/39.0.2171.65 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: This is similar to 1089090, but I wasn't sure if it would have the same root-cause for plugins, so I've opened this bug specific to Flash. Feel free to dupe it out. Using MacOS 10.9.5 with Firefox Nightly 36.0a1 (2014-11-21) and Flash Player 15.0.0.223: Unzip the attached file Drag the .swf into the browser Mouse over the Flash content Actual results: The cursor stays the same Expected results: It should change to the Flash logo
