When visiting https://www.verisign.com in a normal browser window, the lock icon is set, and the page info is correct. When the same url is visited in a tab, neither is. I don't think this is a PSM bug. If the fix is that PSM needs to do something special in tab browsing mode, it's really the responsibility of the tab browsing designers to let us know. We haven't budgeted any time for tab browsing work.
