Expected results: Window closed and application process exits, allowing the application to be restarted later.
What do you mean by "can't terminate with task manger" ? What happens when you press "End Task"? Can you try on a new profile ? http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
