RFE - Mac Preferences shortcut key

Details
I'd like to request (RFE) that Cmd-; be added as a shortcut for the preferences
dialog under Mac OS X. Perhaps also with Mac OS 9, but at least in OS X, this
seems to be a relatively normal thing for apps to do. And, I can't think
of any disadvantage to it. Could someone please turn this on for 0.9.7?

What?! This looks to have nothing to do with 51121, which has to do with
pasting multiple lines into a single line text field...
