Now that we've had tracking protection for a while, I think we should reconsider parts of the UI.
One observation I've made is that the shield icon shows up way more often for TP than for mixed content, so we should optimize for that case. Adding more granularity (bug 1098158) and reporting broken sites (bug 1083105) are other thing we should do.
