- Open URL - Minimize the window - Restore it - Repeat the minimize-restore-cycle a few times. The viewport is flickering a bit upon restoration. Does also happen with OMTC disabled. Another requirement for this to be noticeable is to have "Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing" disabled in Windows' Performance Options.
