 [Telefonica] Dual SIM device does not show PIN input interface when selecting any option at STK menu
 
 Using Telefonica Dual SIM card, the device does not show PIN input interface when selecting any of the options (Linea, Cambio)
 
 Procedure to reproduce:
 
 1) Insert special Telefonica Dual SIM card
 2) Enter any SIM PIN, either Business or Particular
 Log starts
 3) Go to  Settings -> STK settings (Movistar) -> OK
 4) Select "Dual" option -> OK
 5) Select option "Linea": The device shows properly the active line. -> OK
 6) Select "Accept". -> OK
 7) Menu in point 4) is presented again. Select "Dual" option
 8) Select option "Cambio" -> NOK. The device does not show the PIN entry. 
 
 Notes:under "Dual" option there are only two
 options:
 
 1) Option "Linea": When selected the phone shows a pop-up message indicating
 the line currently under use. No PIN SIM request is expected in this menu item.
 -> Phone works properly in this menu item.
 
 2) Option "Cambio": When selected phone should present the SIM PIN menu item 
 -> Phone does NOT work properly on this.

 With Firefox Qualcomm devices behaviour is OK: Fire C or Fire E.

gonk/gecko give the unexpected TR, that is to say, for REFRESH proactive command, do not need app TR， so need Mozilla to follow why app give the TR for REFRESH .

Hi Mozilla,
    Please ignore the logs 2014-11-24 Log1.7z about refresh bug which was fixed and  2014-12-05 Log 2 SW G1A.7z which is wrong log.Please check the third log.

 PS:we need to satisfy following function:
 1) Pop up PIN1 input screen after "refresh(simreset)" when PIN1 code enabled;
 2) Do not pop up PIN1 input screen after "refresh(simreset)" when PIN1 code
 disabled;

Per comment 6, it looks like SIM status did not report to Gecko/Gaia properly after checking the log - 
"2014-11-24 Log1.7z".

Might need partner to check rild/modem behaviour first.
And,
Please feel free to ni? sku once need Mozilla's support.

Note: clear ni? for sean first.

Per mail discussion, modem will do the PIN verification after SIM refresh RESET.
set this issue to POVB.
