On Linux there is a M-oth failure with layout/base/tests/chrome/test_scrolling_repaints.html as a result of turning on event-regions. I was not able to reproduce this locally but I have seen it in a few of my try runs so it might be an intermittent thing. Might be something we have to resolve before event-regions can be enabled on linux.
This doesn't appear to happen any more.
