[1.Description]:
[Flame v2.1 & v2.2][Built-in&System Keyboard]
There is no "Settings" button after long press the "IME" key. You only can choose input method.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch the browser app.
2. Tap URL field.
3. After keyboard pops up, long press the "IME" key.
4. Tap "Settings" button.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. There should be "Settings" button after long press the "IME" key.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. There is no "Settings" button.

Hi Gerry, could you help to check with test case 12881 to see if it is out of date?
Current behavior lost settings button and inconsistent with test case.

This was never implemented, as the feature bug is bug 985851.
Guess we could dupe this bug to that one, please re-open if you don't agree.
