User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; BTRS122701; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E)

* Steps to reproduce:
  1. add a contact ( incoming call number) and add picture in contacts app of DUT.
  2. make incoming call from other phone to DUT.
  3. tap [answer] button to answer incoming call.
  4. screen flickering as display contact picture of incoming call and update ongoing time.


* Actual results:
  Screen flickering as display contact picture of incoming call and update ongoing time.
  Can be reproduced on CAF ES2 build and latest Flame v2.0.

* Expected results:
  No screen flickering as display contact picture of incoming call and update ongoing time.

This also occurs on AriesKK 2.5, Flame 2.5, Flame 2.2, and Flame 2.1.
