New windows are always created with a sidebar regardless of the last use of View->Sidebar. In the Windows build, turning off the sidebar with View->Sidebar causes it to stay off when opening new windows. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start up browser; browser window with sidebar should appear 2. Use View->Sidebar menu to turn off sidebar 3. Use Command-N to create a new window Actual Results: New window has a sidebar. Expected Results: New window should not have a sidebar.
