there are currently 2 apps for moving mail/news/adress books etc. from other
mail clients into mozilla.
--> for moving data from ns4, you have to use the profile manager.
--> for importing from other clients, you use the import utility.

it would be more intuitive for the average user to hide this difference (ns4
<--> other mail clients) and include everything in the import utility.
particularly because the profile manager is harder to find (not accessible via
the mail/news menu)

i'm not saying the profile manager should be removed, i know it does much more,
but the it's ns4 mail conversion functionality should be included in the import
utility, too.

i am mentioning this because i convinced one of my clients to move on to mozilla
(yes!!), but when he installed the ns4-mail import failed; he was able to find
the import utility all by himself, which of course couldn't do what he wanted
to. was kind of frustrating i guess.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start mail/news client.
2. go to File > Import
3. now, if mozilla finds netscape4 mail account data on your system, the import
utility should be able to do import this data to mozilla mail.
from the user's point of view, mozilla should not handle email data from ns4 and
other clients differently.
