This has been tracked and fixed in bug 1033917.

This problem is verified as "pass" on latest build of Flame 2.2 and N5 2.2 by the STR in comment 0. Actual result: In RTL mode, the Secure website icon is displayed at right side of url, it does not overlap part of url.
