This has bug 1087934 written all over it based on the timing.

I don't see any obvious reason for a new leak here, the primary code path I would suspect (the dynamic resizer) was used before. I'm running a try with a test mod that initializes share at the end of these tests, that removes the iframe from dom and should force that window to be released. Given the lack of progress here and the frequency with which it's occurring, I'm going to have to disable this test in short order.
