Using Build ID: 2001112104 Steps to reproduce problem: 1. Tab to the OS box 2. Press Alt+Down to open it 3. Click on it to open and close it. 4. Scroll the page with the mouse 5. Press Alt+Down to reopen the combo box Expected results: combo box always drop down drops under or above the combo box. Actual results: 2. combo box opens in a random location, sometimes off-screen 5. combo box opens in the same location as step 3
