Hmm, this works for me in Nightly. Both cases (click or content menu) open a new tab with https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox/#health-report Are you using a localized build? Any messages in the browser console when this happens? (Tools -> Web Developer -> Browser Console). Is there a URL listed in the new empty tab?
