Details

While a page is loading, pressing CTRL+N causes nothing to happen. CTRL+1 will still flick to the other already open browser window. Once the page has finished loading, CTRL+N will open a new window. This has happened in 0.9.5 (Win32 & Debian) as well as 0.9.6 (Debian). I do *not* have this line in prefs.js: user_pref("capability.policy.default.Window.open", "noAccess"); See also bug 101189 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.6) Gecko/20011122
File->new browser window works also during load, i believe. Resolving as dup of bug 76495 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 76495 ***
