The Thank You page project will move us from our current "one Thank You page for everyone" to a new and glorious future of Thank You page variations. This bug covers changing the Thank You page view to show a new variation of the thank you page iff: 1. the waffle flag created in bug #1116838 is enabled 2. the locale is en-US 3. the sentiment is sad 4. there are >= X words in the feedback This bug covers changing the view code and figuring out a good enough X value to start with. For now, we'll use the same thank you page template for both variations.
