I'm not sure what information I can grab that would be helpful or if anyone has seen similar. Please IRC me at Shell if you have ideas on what i can grab. When I hop on calls with partner webRTC apps using Nightly, my Mac fan kicks into high gear and my activity monitor shows very high utilization of resources. I've closed other applications, except the call and when the call ends utilization goes back to normal. I'm putting screen shots from the appear.in call activity monitor versus what it looked like with a direct Hello call. ~https://appear.in/mozilla-telenor - 239% CPU, memory 1.2 Gig, Energy 271.3. Nightly version 37.0a1 (2014-12-19) ~https://opentokrtc.com/MozillaTokbox (saw same results and activity as when was on appear call - don't have screen shots and was on a Nightly version in for Firefox 34) ~Hello call - CPU got up to 73%, but didn't trigger fan (Nightly for 37.0a1) ~Baseline - you can see on the CPU for Hello.png when the call ends - utilization drops right down and Nightly just blends with everything else for consumption. I see the same thing with the Appear and OpenTokrtc calls - utilization drops and in about 30 seconds the fan has shut off.
