E.g. Athens, Moscow, ?Zurich? Just to name a few.. Expected results: Full translation of all cities: Athen,Moskau,Zürich, Wien........ Reported bugs are copyleft.

Thank you for the bug report. That's not a German localization but an implementation issue of the operating system: The city names are not yet localizable. Once this has been implemented, they will get localized. See bug 833393 for more information.
