How did you get to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/ ? There is already a link on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox

I got to that page from https://www.mozilla.org/ And the 2nd link says "congrats you are using the latest version". So did I miss something? Is 31 supposed to be the newest version now?
