CSS 2.1 Conformance Test Suite Test: “First-line - dynamic :hover pseudo-class” Test Case: first-line-selector-017 Testing: CSS 2.1 § 5.12.1 Result: FAIL ----- First line of text should turn blue on hover. http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/nightly-unstable/html4/first-line-selector-017.htm Opera 12.16 passes this test. Chrome 40.0.2214.111 fails this test. I don't know about IE11.
