Each platform used to have a different GeckoContentController implementation which dvander somewhat unified in bug 1110540. The desired final state is to have a single ChromeProcessController for the root process that is shared across all platforms. This bug is to fold the ParentProcessController used on B2G into the ChromeProcessController.

The two classes are almost identical anyway so removing ParentProcessController is trivial.
