test_bug641198.html has serious issues with intermittent oranges that have gotten more and more severe as we move more stuff off-main-thread. It has already been marked as "skip" on B2G and "random" on Android, and there are multiple intermittent failures bugs open for it. (Bug 651866, bug 1038109.) I finally decided to just disable it in bug 1117607. We should find a better way to test what it's testing, fix the test, and then reenable it.

I forgot to repush this part when bug 1117607 got backed out. I'm running into this issue again, so I pushed a commit to disable this test until it can be rewritten: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/e700dafd075f

I think this test should just be removed. Reftests for animated images will always be problematic. We have mochitests that work better (slightly).
