Up until a month or so ago, the Terms of Service for Loop, have been hosted in the loop-client repo, and on the server at: https://hello.firefox.com/legal/terms/ However, they are now at: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/legal/terms/firefox-hello/ In bug 1105490, we want to remove the old ToS code, hence, we'd like to get the redirect setup for any older users who happen to look at the old url.

This requirement has been added in https://github.com/mozilla-services/puppet-config/commit/0097bf1398e44c904eab02769abdd4f22e1909ef and will go out as part of client 0.13.2
