Receipts currently work by placing the origin in the receipt so the developer can check that the receipt is for their app and not some other app. If we allow multiple apps on the same domain, we lose the ability to test that. We probably need to figure out a full unique path for the app calculated from the domain and the launch path? Or move to just a GUID for everything. The problem with a GUID is that you can't predict what it is until you upload it and can't write test code for it.
