hg bzexport throws error "Unknown module 'Queues'.

Details
In v1.11.0, trying to use bzexport on a currently applied mq patch throws an error that "Queues" is an unknown module.
Windows 7 SP 1 with MozillaBuild and no extra cruft. Modules had been updated to latest via
./mach mercurial-setup
right before attempting this.

The version of Mercurial we ship unfortunately only supports a very limited set of python modules. Thankfully, help is on the way in bug 545432 :)
