Hmm, when I reload this site, I can access it. Only some severs have trouble and we may access them randomly?
Nightly will not distinguish between a server intolerance and a failure due to network glitches (bug 1112399). It's possible that the connection failed due to network glitches. FYI I couldn't reproduce the issue. SSL Labs also says that the server is tolerant at version <= 1.2.
