the engine for Firefox OS 2.1 is Firefox desktop version 34 (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Release_Management/B2G_Landing#Versions_and_Scheduling) so it should be reproducible using Firefox 34 desktop (if it's a platform issue). There are some tools to use older versions of Firefox like https://github.com/omgmog/install-all-firefox . However, I know Boku is checking user agents so you might need to spoof the user agent so it looks like Firefox OS: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/user-agent-switcher/?src=search

I do not believe that this issue resides with our payment panel implementation. In the screenshot you provided (http://screencast.com/t/1gvyqTsF), I assume that you are able to navigate around the payment panel window (i.e. interact with other dialog components, just not the drop down menu). Could this be a rendering problem specific to the dropdown menu object?
