STR:
1. Using e10s Nightly, open any website in a tab
2. Then open the Firefox Preferences page (Firefox -> Options), this creates a new about:preferences tab
3. Right-mouse click on the Preferences tab and "Move to new window"

Expected:
Preferences page moves to a new window

Actual:
Nightly opens a new blank window, and the original about:preferences tab stays unchanged. If you select a different tab (e.g. the webpage tab), you can no longer switch back to the original preferences tab.
This bug reproduces on any about: page, not just about:preferences.
No errors are logged in the Error console.
