Based on one of the recommendations in Bug 1088004, we should rejig the icon for the Forget button to better communicate the feature.

The red state for this icon should be removed, because it's an outlier (no other icon in the toolbar has this behavior) and unnecessary since the door hanger it exposes already conveys the warning well.

I updated the Photon icon with this in mind. We could just drop that in now. Still going to need a new image for the panel header.
