Steps to reproduce:

Assuming e10s is enabled and using a 3rd party task manager (for example ProceXP) terminate the plugin-container.exe process


Actual results:

Notice that there is a jump in CPU usage in firefox.exe


Expected results:

shouldn't be the case especially when we are dealing with a trouble making plugin-container.exe that needs to be terminated
