User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 Build ID: 20150205030205 Steps to reproduce: Assuming e10s is enabled and using a 3rd party task manager (for example ProceXP) terminate the plugin-container.exe process Actual results: Notice that there is a jump in CPU usage in firefox.exe Expected results: shouldn't be the case especially when we are dealing with a trouble making plugin-container.exe that needs to be terminated

I see this briefly, with a peak of around 8% on my system. I don't think this is unexpected though.
