If user clicks 'x' after the purchase is complete, don't show 'Payment Cancelled' message and trigger the app install.

Connectivity: wifi with Data roaming enabled

Gaia/device: Flame/2.1
steps to reproduce:
1. Load marketplace-dev app on your fxos device
2. Sign in
3. Start the purchase of a paid app
4. Enter PIN
5. Verify your phone number in the Telcel screen by entering the SMS PIN
6. Confirm purchase
7. After the purchase is complete, click on 'x'
expected behavior:
Since the purchase is successful, after closing the payment screen, app install is triggered.
actual behavior:
If the user closes the payment window using "x", we show the 'Payment cancelled' message and app install trigger doesn't happen.

Based on the recently announced future plans for the Marketplace to remove payments, closing these bugs.
