Details

The old timeline selects a small percentage of the overview when a recording is finished. We should not regress this.
TBD if we *really* want this. Usually I want the profiler data to include the entire profile by default, for example.
No longer blocks: enable-perf-tool
I think this only makes sense if the waterfall view were the only details view available, since the current timeline snaps to the first marker, but as it is, there could very will be profiler/memory events before that
