Prerequisites:
FFOS 2.1 device, MP Stage app installed
Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to MP Stage app and login with admin credentials
2.Go to Settings-Reviewer tools
3.Go to device's settings and sign out from FxA
4.Go back to Reviewer Tools
Expected results:
User is signed out from Reviewer Tools
Actual results:
User is still signed in and he is able to approve\reject apps
NOTES:
Reproducible on FFOS 2.2
