The "boku Pay by Mobile TM" screen will accept invalid mobile numbers.
Steps to reproduce:
1 - On the market application, start a purchase (onlyboku1-50 was used)
2 - Insert the security PIN
3 - On the "boku Pay by Mobile TM", select the appropriate carrier on the "Seleccionar red:" field
4 - On the mobile number field, observe that the example shows a mobile number with 8 characters. Mobile numbers have 10 characters in Mexico
5 - Insert the number "12345678" and click "Continue"
6 - Observe that the system accepts that number; the confirmation SMS will never arrive
7 - Click on the top-left X and restart the purchase. Proceed up to the "boku Pay by Mobile TM" screen
8 - On the mobile number field, insert the number "123456789" and click "Continue"
9 - Observe the warning message informing that the inserted number is invalid
10 - On the mobile number field, insert the number "556506273" and click "Continue"
11 - Observe that the system accepts that number; the confirmation SMS will never arrive
expected behavior:
The system should display an error message for mobile numbers having length different than 10.
actual behavior:
Mobile numbers with 8 or 9 characters will be accepted by the system

The sim number is 5565062733, which is correctly accepted.
The invalid sequence 1234567890 is correctly not accepted.

I will check in with our Product team, as there is likely a regular expression that governs what an acceptable Mexican mobile number entry is - and isn't.
That said, even if a customer were to try entering 8-9 digit combinations, they would likely be invalid and have no effect. Most customers that are intent on making a purchase will either enter the correct MSISDN (their own) or something close to it (an inadvertent typo, less likely)
