I guess it should be: The site at {{URL}} has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked. (or similar) Seen on Gaia 2.0 and still present on master if I checked transvision correctly.

I think I'd prefer referencing the URL, so: "The site at {{URL}} has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked." Do you know if this is shown based on any preferences that the user can modify? If so, perhaps we could change it to: "The site at {{URL}} has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked based on your security preferences."
